The Scientific and Practical Journal "Economy of Industry" is a specialized scientific and practical edition that provides to scientists, researchers, government authorities and practitioners an opportunity to present results of their scientific researches and practical experience in an open press, and thus introduce them to the general public.

The Journal "Economy of Industry" is included to the List of scientific specialized editions of Ukraine (Decree of the Presidium of NAS of Ukraine dated 08 July 2009, No 1-05/03).

The journal "Economics of Industry" is included in the Scientific Electronic Library of Periodicals of the NAS of Ukraine. The Journal is included in the list of journals of the Index Copernicus international scientific citation index (Poland). The edition is indexed by Google Scholar freely available system. The scientific and practical journal "Economics of Industry" is indexed in the international scientometric database Research Bible (Tokyo, Japan).

Since 2017 papers are assigned with DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which simplifies publications search by search engines and increase their citation.

Journal mission: to bring the studies in the field of industrial economics and industrial policy to a qualitatively new level, encouraging the publication of authors, engaged in research and practical activities in these areas of economic science.
